• CAL OSHA Heat Stress IIPP - Employers are required to provide a written safety plan available to employees which lists hazards in the workplace and the proper steps for negating any risks. Employers whose employees are working in conditions where heat stress can be a hazard, will need a safety plan specific to these hazards. The CAL OSHA Heat Stress IIPP provides documents the hazards associated with heat stress and can be completed with the employer's information.
